Landscape Options
The Board has ordered 2 sets of three options each for changing the entrance to the community (greenspace after the bayou) and to change the center area where our current sign is located. They are availble for viewing by clicking here. These options are not "set in stone" and we welcome the community's feedback. During your evaluation note that we estimate to have ~$38,000 cash on hand at years end with ~$17,000 in capital reserve. At 0% deliquency we run a surplus of ~$12,000 per year, but of course this will be lower if residents are deliquent.
Note: The prices are for full options. The Board is reviewing them and coming up with several, lower cost options that we will also post for the Kelliwood Park community to review.

We will also soon be posting some plans for the main fence modification.
Master Plan: Depending on how we finance the build, the building plan could be phased over time. For example; if the sign is re-located to the first entrance (entering community on right hand side, after the bayou) then the proposed plan would be to complete in order (1) construction of this sign, (2) modify the center grass area and then (3) modify the fence.
